At Panacea we follow a three tiered recruitment process which includes:
An HR interview is conducted which evaluates the candidates on their communication skills. A second level interview is scheduled with Panacea experts where the candidates' interaction, communication and interpersonal skills are adjudged.
Academic mapping includes checking and mapping the candidates qualifications and academic history with the desired profile. This is followed by an aptitude test which includes sections on Business vocabulary, Logical reasoning, Analytical solving and Data analysis and interpretation. Relevant academic projects of the candidate are also evaluated and discussed to gauge the level of understanding of the candidate.
The industry and domain knowledge of the candidate is evaluated with an interview. The experience of the candidate is mapped to the desired profile.
